Frequently Asked Questions

Do you currently have openings?

Kelli has immediate openings, and Connor is currently accepting patients on his waitlist. To request an appointment or to be added to the waitlist, please contact us.

What are your specialties?

We provide individual, couple, and family therapy using IFS. We have experience working with depression, suicidality, problematic/out-of-control sexual behavior, trauma, anxiety, OCD, faith transitions, and coping skills.

While we use multiple forms of therapy, we primarily use the Internal Family Systems (IFS) framework.

Please reach out to book a 15-minute consultation if you are unsure whether Wellspring Healing and Therapy is a good fit for your needs.

What is IFS?

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a transformative, evidence-based form of psychotherapy that supports healing by improving inner and outer connectedness. Read more here.

Do you only use IFS, or do you use other kinds of therapy?

While we have found that the most transformational healing comes through accessing Self using the IFS framework, your therapy will be tailored to your individual needs, and may also include elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Attachment-Based Therapy.

What is your pricing?

For cash pay, the intake session fee is $140, and each subsequent session costs $130. We are in network with most major insurances in Utah, and can also provide a Superbill on request.

What can I expect during my therapy session?

During your first session, your therapist will spend time getting to know you, and vice-versa. Future sessions will be spent addressing your chosen areas of concern using compassion-driven and evidence-based approaches. You can expect a safe, non-judgmental environment that will allow you to explore and grow. Each session lasts just under an hour.
