Frequently Asked Questions

Do you currently have openings?

Connor and Kelli are accepting clients on their waitlists, and Jamie is accepting new clients. Feel free to reach out to any provider on our team or our office number if you’d like to schedule a free consultation.

What are your specialties?

We provide individual, couple, and family therapy using IFS and other compassion and attachment-based models. Our team has experience working with depression, anxiety, suicidality, problematic/out-of-control sexual behavior, betrayal, trauma and PTSD, relationship conflict, sex/intimacy issues, performance anxiety, OCD, ADHD, faith transitions, religious trauma, and life transitions.

While we use multiple forms of therapy, many of our providers primarily use the Internal Family Systems (IFS) framework.

Please reach out to book a 15-minute consultation if you’d like to explore whether Wellspring Healing and Therapy is a good fit for your needs.

What is IFS?

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a transformative, evidence-based form of psychotherapy that supports healing by improving inner and outer connectedness.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, most of our clinicians are in network with Aetna, BlueCross and BlueShield, DMBA, SelectHealth, PEHP, or EMI. While insurance credentialing is in process, our team is also available for direct pay. Direct pay appointments are $150 for an intake session and $130 for each subsequent session.

Upon request, we can also provide a Superbill if we’re not in network with your insurance.

Many patients have found success with submitting Superbills, but we cannot guarantee coverage.

Check out the Our Therapists page to see which insurance companies each of our providers accept.

Do you only use IFS, or do you use other kinds of therapy?

We have found that the most transformational healing comes through accessing Self using the IFS framework.

That said, your therapy will be tailored to your individual needs, and may also include elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Attachment-Based Therapy.

Do you offer virtual meetings?

Yes! You may choose if you would prefer to meet in person or via a secure Zoom meeting.

What is your pricing?

For cash pay, the intake session fee is $150, and each subsequent session costs $130.

We are in network with most major insurances in Utah, and can also provide a Superbill on request.

What can I expect during my therapy session?

During your first session, your therapist will spend time getting to know you, and vice-versa.

Future sessions will be spent addressing your chosen areas of concern using compassion-driven and evidence-based approaches.

You can expect a safe, non-judgmental environment that will allow you to explore and grow.

Each session lasts just under an hour.
