I am a Marriage and Family Therapist intern who is passionate about helping couples,
families, and individuals feel empowered to navigate life’s challenges with hope and
resilience. Originally from the east coast, I received my Bachelor’s degree in
Psychology from McDaniel College in Maryland, and recently graduated with my
Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Brigham Young University. Starting
in the fall of 2025, I will continue my education at BYU, pursuing a PhD in Marriage &
Family Therapy. Since beginning my work as a therapist in 2023, I have found deep
meaning in supporting others on their paths to joy and healing.
I specialize in treating couple relationship issues (e.g., communication, rebuilding trust,
emotional and sexual intimacy, conflict resolution, parenting, premarital counseling),
anxiety, perfectionism/OCD, depression, low self-worth/shame, and overwhelming life
transitions.
I believe that change happens in the context of safe, compassionate relationships,
whether that be a relationship with yourself or with others. I take an emotion-focused
and compassionate approach to therapy, helping you and your loved ones become
more in touch with your experiences, separate your identity from the problems you’re
facing, and find healing through meaningful connection. In my work, I utilize several
evidence-based models, including Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative
Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT).
I am dedicated to providing culturally sensitive and trauma-informed therapy to
individuals, couples, and families of diverse cultures, racial identities, sexualities,
genders, family structures, and belief systems. My hope is to offer a space where you
will feel understood, seen, and empowered to reclaim your lives from the patterns and
pain keeping you stuck.
I have immediate openings for telehealth and am supervised by Connor Barham, LMFT.
Therapy sessions last 55 minutes. Initial intake: $150/session. Ongoing therapy: $130/session.
