I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) student at Chamberlain University, set to graduate with my master’s degree in December 2025. I’m thrilled to join the Wellspring Healing and Therapy team where I’m eager to contribute my skills and learn.
With a background as a BSN RN working in inpatient mental health and six months of experience in a ketamine clinic, I have a love for combining different approaches and therapies to support mental health. I’m passionate about advancing ketamine therapy, helping evaluate its suitability for patients, and addressing any biases surrounding this innovative treatment. I am also passionate about helping patients safely wean off of medication that was once helpful or that has been harmful in favor of contributing to lifestyle change and personal growth and success.
I have a deep love for Internal Family Systems (IFS), which I have experienced being transformative for patients. Integrating IFS into my practice to help clients connect with their innate capacity for healing. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative, focusing on empowering clients to navigate their mental health with confidence, accountability, and self-compassion.
My goal is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental presence while helping clients build emotional safety, resilience, and change.
