Hello! I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern currently working toward my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Brigham Young University. I also hold a master’s in Marriage, Family, and Human Development and a bachelor’s in Family Studies.
I specialize in working with relationship concerns such as communication, emotional and sexual intimacy, conflict resolution, parenting, and premarital counseling. I also work with individuals navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, OCD, and body image. My work is grounded in a systemic approach that helps you explore your story and build ways of being that feel authentic and connected, drawing from models such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative Therapy.
I’m passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families break free from unhelpful patterns, heal past wounds, and create more meaningful, connected relationships. My mission as a therapist is to provide a space where you feel seen, heard, and valued. I believe that healing happens in the context of safe, authentic connection—both with others and within ourselves. Being invited into someone’s story is an incredible privilege, and I approach that responsibility with deep care and respect. In our work together, my hope is to help you strengthen your relationship with yourself and those around you, offering compassion, understanding, and support as you navigate your journey.
I am supervised by Connor Barham, LMFT and have openings at the beginning of January at our Provo office, Sandy office, or over telehealth.
My rate is $120 for the first appointment and $100 for ongoing appointments. I can also accept SelectHealth, BCBS, Aetna, U of U Health Plans, DMBA, PEHP, United Healthcare, UMR, and EMI Health insurance.
