Hi! I’m a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern currently pursuing my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Brigham Young University. I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Utah, and I’m grateful now to be doing work I love—supporting individuals and couples as they navigate challenges, heal, and grow.
Since beginning my training as a therapist, I’ve been continually inspired by the resilience people carry. I believe every person already holds the capacity within themselves to heal and create meaningful change. Throughout therapy, I hope to walk alongside you with curiosity and compassion, help uncover your strengths, and offer tools to support your well-being and relationships.
In my practice, I work with couples navigating concerns such as disconnection, communication challenges, conflict, sexual intimacy, and difficult life transitions. I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, body image concerns, and sports-related performance anxiety.
My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in systemic models. Depending on your needs, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). No matter the lens, my goal is the same: to create a space of deep respect, compassion, and authenticity where you can feel understood and supported. To me, therapy isn’t about solving every problem—it’s about gaining clarity, tools, and confidence so you can move through life in more connected and empowered ways.
I am supervised by Connor Barham, LMFT, and have openings at the beginning of January at our Provo office, Sandy office, and via telehealth.
My rate is $120 for the first appointment and $100 for ongoing appointments. I can accept SelectHealth, BCBS, Aetna, U of U Health Plans, DMBA, PEHP, United Healthcare, UMR, and EMI Health insurance.
