D&D Group Therapy

Dungeons and Dragons (D&D) group therapy is a special form of group therapy that uses storytelling and role-playing to help people explore emotions, relationships, and personal growth in a safe and imaginative way. You don’t need to know the rules or have any experience to play! You’ll be guided to create a character and have the opportunity to learn to speak up, work as a team, and cope with anxiety and unknowns, all while having a great time and making connections.

The next D&D therapy group will begin in February 2026. The time of the group will be coordinated depending on the availability of group members and each session will last for two hours at our Provo office located at 3549 N University Avenue Suite 375, Provo, Utah 84604. Sessions are led therapeutic game master Duncan Cluff, CSW, and cost $25 per session or can be covered by insurance. Come grow and play with us! Click here to register today, or on the button below.
