You don’t need to be in crisis to come. Often, couples use therapy to strengthen communication, navigate changes, or simply to feel more in sync. In couples therapy you can have honest conversations with the guidance of a trained professional. We welcome couples of all sexual orientations and those in non-monogamous partnerships.
