I am a Marriage and Family Therapy intern who is passionate about helping couples, families, individuals, and older adults strengthen their relationships and discover new ways to grow through life’s challenges. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Family Studies from Utah Valley University and am now completing my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University. I have had the privilege of working in the mental health field with teens and their families, and I also enjoy working with older adults as they navigate life transitions and the unique challenges of aging. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for the resilience people carry, even during the most difficult seasons of life.

My areas of focus include relationship concerns such as communication, conflict resolution, rebuilding trust, and navigating parenting challenges. I also support clients working through anxiety, depression, low self-worth, and major life transitions.

I believe that meaningful change takes place in the context of safe and compassionate relationships. My goal is to provide a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported as you explore new ways of connecting with yourself and your loved ones. I tailor therapy to each client’s unique story and values, and I also offer sensitivity to cultural and faith traditions for those who wish to include these important aspects of their lives in the healing process.

Outside of my work, family is at the center of my life. I have been married for 27 years, am the mother of six, and a proud grandmother. Whether camping in the mountains, gardening, or gathering for family meals and game nights, these experiences remind me daily of the importance of connection, balance, and growth. These same values guide the way I walk alongside clients on their own paths toward healing and lasting change.

I am supervised by Connor Barham, LMFT and have openings in our Provo office or telehealth.

Therapy Sessions last 55 minutes. Initial Intake $120/session. Ongoing therapy $100/session. I can accept SelectHealth, BCBS, Aetna, U of U Health Plans, DMBA, PEHP, UHC, UMR, and EMI Health insurance.
