Hello! I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for helping humanity thrive. I earned both my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and my Bachelor’s Degree in Family Studies from Brigham Young University. Since beginning my work as a therapist in 2022, I’ve been honored to walk alongside clients on their journeys of growth and healing, and I’m excited to continue this meaningful work with you.
My practice focuses on working with individuals, couples, and families navigating challenges including (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, grief, relationship dynamics, life transitions, and issues of identity and self-worth. If you’re facing challenges or simply need a supportive space to navigate life’s complexities, I’m here to work alongside you with care, understanding, and encouragement.
As a therapist, I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Mindfulness techniques, tailoring our sessions to your unique needs. I aim to create a space where you feel empowered to explore, heal, and grow at a pace that feels manageable and meaningful to you.
I understand that our experiences are shaped by diverse cultural, relational, and systemic factors. I am dedicated to practicing with humility and respect for the unique backgrounds, values, and identities of each client, whether related to gender, sexuality, or family structure. I accept SelectHealth, DMBA, Aetna, BCBS, U of U Health Plans, and EMI Health. I have immediate openings for telehealth and am supervised by Connor Barham, LMFT.
Therapy sessions last 55 minutes. Initial intake: $150/session. Ongoing therapy: $130/session.
