I am a Marriage and Family Therapy intern with a passion for empowering individuals, couples, and families to recognize the strength and resilience they already possess. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Utah Valley University and I am currently completing my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University. I have worked in the mental health field for nearly four years supporting teens and their families, where I gained valuable experience helping them navigate life’s challenges. Supporting individuals during some of their most difficult moments has taught me the importance of meeting people with empathy, patience, and compassion.
I aim to help clients feel understood, supported, and empowered in a safe, inclusive environment where they can be their authentic self. My practice is grounded in cultural humility and I welcome individuals of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. I provide therapy for adolescents, adults, couples, and families who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and the many stressors that life can bring.
Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your relationship, or your family, I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing and connection.
I am supervised by AuraLee Loveland, LCSW, and have openings at our Provo office and telehealth.
