These gatherings are an introduction to mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and yoga philosophy. No prior experience with meditation or yoga is needed. Whether you’re brand new to these practices or have been exploring them for years, you’re welcome here!
We’ll learn through guided practices, psycho-education, reflection, and shared experience. We’ll explore mindfulness not as something we have to be “good” at, but as an invitation to become curious about our inner experience and notice what is happening within us with greater openness and compassion.
With an IFS-informed lens, we may explore the different parts of ourselves that show up in our everyday lives, creating space to approach them with curiosity rather than judgment. Through mindfulness and meditation, we can begin to cultivate more connection, compassion, and harmony within our internal system.
This is a space for community—to practice alongside others who are interested in exploring these same questions and ways of being.
No prior experience is necessary. Come in comfortable clothing, bring a journal if you’d like to reflect or write, and come exactly as you are. Join once, or join weekly; we’d love to have you.
Who is this for?
Anyone who is interested in feeling more grounded and present in their day-to-day life. All abilities are welcome, and no prior experience with meditation is needed or expected.

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who strives to create an atmosphere of acceptance, non-judgement, curiosity and warmth during the therapeutic process. I believe that individuals have everything they need inside of them, and my role is to help uncover their internal resources so that individuals can experience the joy of a meaningful relationship with themselves and others. Drawing from my trauma-informed yoga teacher background, we will collaborate to move at a pace that feels manageable and productive for you and your body.
I enjoy working with individuals, families, couples, and those in non-monogamous relational dynamics. I specialize in supporting individuals struggling with trauma, faith transitions, religious trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, perfectionism/OCD, relational challenges, sex/intimacy issues, and life transitions. My approach is to help clients build confidence and trust in themselves by fostering self-compassion and self-acceptance.
As a systemic therapist, I’m mindful of my positionality in relation to my clients. I strive to attune to the diverse backgrounds, sexual and gender orientations, and relational dynamics they bring. I utilize a few forms of therapy, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to support clients to find balance, happiness, and safety in themselves and their body.
