Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a place to talk through what’s going on in your life with someone who’s trained to listen, support, and help you make sense of things. You don’t need to have a crisis or a clear plan; just showing up as you are is enough. Therapy can help you understand your thoughts and feelings, work through challenges, and get to know yourself better. It’s a space where you don’t have to hold it all together or pretend to be okay. Most clients find improvement within 3-6 months of regular therapy.
